Ultra-high temperature grade iron-chromium wire: this group of series of iron-chromium wire contains high chromium and aluminum, but also contains a certain amount of cobalt, molybdenum, niobium, titanium and trace yttrium, cerium, lanthanum and other elements, mainly used in single crystal diffusion furnace, powder metallurgy products sintering furnace, ceramic calcination furnace and high-temperature heat treatment furnace, etc.;

Good resistance to oxidation

The Al2O3 oxide film generated on the surface of FeCr-Al alloy has a dense structure and good adhesion to the substrate, so it is not easy to scatter back to the flowers and water and cause? pollution. In addition, Al2O3 has high resistivity and high melting point, these factors determine that Al2O3 oxide film has excellent oxidation resistance. Carburization resistance is also better than that of Cr2O3 generated on the surface of NiCr alloy.
